How long does shipping take?

Italy: 1โ€“2 business days. Rest of EU: 2โ€“5 business days. All orders are dispatched with a tracked courier (typically GLS or BRT). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you registered an account, you can also track your order status from My Account.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at shop@kiminet.com and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Stripe โ€” Visa, Mastercard, Amex and all major credit/debit cards
  • Apple Pay โ€” available on Safari and supported Apple devices (via Stripe)
  • Amazon Pay โ€” pay with your Amazon account (via Stripe)
  • PayPal โ€” wallet or linked card
  • Bank transfer (BACS) โ€” order is shipped once payment is confirmed

All card and wallet payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. The site uses HTTPS and all card transactions go through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified โ€” the highest level of security in the payments industry.

When will I be charged?

Card payments are captured immediately at checkout. For bank transfers, you will receive our IBAN details by email; the order is processed once payment arrives.

๐Ÿ”ง Products & Quality

Are the components tested?

Yes. Every single component is individually tested and verified before being removed from the server environment and listed for sale. We run memory diagnostics (MemTest86+, Dell Lifecycle Controller, etc.), storage health checks (smartctl / CrystalDiskInfo), and CPU stress tests where applicable.

Do the products carry a warranty?

We do not provide a commercial warranty: sales are made by a private individual. All goods are nonetheless tested and in full working order, and sold as used/refurbished.

Are the products new or refurbished?

Most items are used / pulls / refurbished from decommissioned servers โ€” in full working order and individually tested. The condition is specified on the product page. New items are clearly marked as such.

Can I get a compatibility check before buying?

Absolutely. Send us your server model or motherboard part number by email at shop@kiminet.com and we will confirm compatibility before you order.

๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyerโ€™s expense. Any refund is subject to inspection of the returned goods, which must be intact and in the same condition as shipped; the original outbound shipping cost, already incurred, is withheld from the refund. Contact us at shop@kiminet.com to start a return.

What if a component arrives faulty or a parcel arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the parcel arrives damaged, it is essential that you sign for the delivery โ€œwith reservationโ€ (in Italy, firmato con riserva) on receipt โ€” this is the only way to open a shipping claim with the courier. If the component itself is faulty, we will arrange a free return and send a replacement.

Do you issue a tax invoice?

No. Sales are made by a private individual, so no tax invoice is issued.
