These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products on shop.kiminet.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Seller
Sales are made by Emanuele Vertemati, a private individual — Milano, Italy. Contact: shop@kiminet.com.
Products and condition
I sell server components and IT hardware. Most items are used / pulls / refurbished from decommissioned servers, individually tested and in full working order. The condition of each item is stated on its product page. New items are clearly marked as such. Photos may show a representative unit of the lot.
Warranty
As the sale is made by a private individual, no commercial warranty is provided. All goods are nonetheless tested and in working order at the time of dispatch, and sold as used/refurbished.
Prices and invoicing
Prices are shown in Euro (€) and are final. As a private sale, no tax invoice is issued.
Orders and payment
I accept Stripe (cards and supported wallets such as Apple Pay and Amazon Pay), PayPal and bank transfer (BACS). For bank transfers the order is processed and shipped once payment is received. An order is considered accepted once payment is confirmed.
Shipping
I ship across the EU and selected European countries (see the FAQ for the full list and delivery times). Orders are dispatched with a tracked courier. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must sign for the delivery “with reservation” (con riserva) so that a claim can be opened with the courier.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Any refund is subject to inspection of the returned goods, which must be intact and in the same condition as shipped; the original outbound shipping cost, already incurred, is withheld from the refund. Compatibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility (server model, firmware, brackets, etc.) before purchase. I am happy to help: send me your model or part number at shop@kiminet.com before ordering.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. I am not liable for incompatibility, data loss or indirect damages arising from the use of the products.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
